Pepperwood View is proof that high-end luxury doesn't have to be predictable. While the main gathering spaces are anchored by timeless materials—rich walnut cabinetry and dramatic Arabescato marble waterfall islands—the home is filled with unexpected, bespoke moments that reflect the client's unique personality.
We balanced the home’s massive architectural scale with intimate, jewel-box spaces. The design journey moves from the gravity of the double-height library, with its custom rolling ladder and cascading geometric lighting, to the playful energy of the entertainment kitchen, featuring striking blue enamel appliances. From the curved fluted walls in the corridor to the floor-to-ceiling glass office, every room offers a distinct tactile experience while remaining framed by the stunning Utah landscape.
