True to its name, "Soleggiato" (Sunny) captures the warmth of the sun in every detail. This project blends open-concept living with tactile luxury, featuring sun-drenched white oak kitchens and cozy, curated retreat spaces.
We designed Soleggiato Heights to be a home that evolves throughout the day. The heart of the residence is the chef’s kitchen, where light wood tones and white marble create a bright, energizing canvas perfect for morning gatherings. We softened the modern architecture with tactile details—like the custom fluted island and soft gold hardware—that invite touch.
As the sun sets, the home’s focus shifts to the dramatic double-height library. Here, deeper wood tones and rich velvet accents create a grounded, cozy atmosphere for the evening. Whether you are entertaining in the open dining room or retreating to the spa-inspired primary bath, this home proves that luxury can be both breathtakingly impressive and incredibly comfortable.
